Spark R&D RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

IMPORTANT:

• Please contact us via email at sales@sparkrandd.com or by phone at (866) 725-2085 to discuss your return and acquire a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) as well as return shipping address.
• You may return/exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Closeout or Sale item sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• All items must include original packaging.
• Buyer agrees to pay shipping and/or damages for any returned product.
• Continental US customers will be responsible for return shipping only for exchanged product.
• International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways for exchanged product.
• Please allow 1-3 days for your return to be processed or an exchange to be sent.
