Spark R&D Warranty

Spark R&D takes pride in the craftsmanship of our products, and we've got your back.

If you have a warranty or repair issue, please contact us. We will review your case and respond with a timely solution.

If your product has a valid warranty issue we will repair or replace the product free of charge. If an exact replacement (model, size, and/or color) is no longer available we will replace your product with one of comparable performance, size, and value.

Please note: Spark R&D warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase (Summit Skins and Spark Tech Toes are covered for two years) as validated by a copy of your original sales receipt. Problems resulting from impact, abuse, misuse, neglect, or modifications made outside of our factory, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Warranty emails must include the following:

• Name of product
• Proof of purchase
• Model year, size, and color
• Images and description of the issue
• Full name and preferred shipping address
