Canuck Splitfest 2015

Revelstoke, British Columbia — The Canuck Splitfest, presented by Prior, is an annual splitboard gathering at Rogers Pass, BC. The inaugural event was held January 22-23, 2011 thanks to Wade Galloway. Wade’s enthusiasm to support the Canadian Avalanche Center allowed this event to grow quickly. This past winter, Wade passed away in an avalanche, which left us all in disarray. Prior and the CAC will keep organizing this event in his honor.

Last year’s fourth annual event saw over 250 splitboarders attend, making it one of the largest splitboard gatherings on the planet. The proceeds support the Canadian Avalanche Foundation for their Canadian Avalanche Center fund and Craig Kelly Memorial Scholarship fund.
